What is the design turnaround?

You will be able to view the first designs within 5 business days, guaranteed! It could then take a week or less to finalise your logo design, but the timing really depends on how quickly you provide feedback and the schedule of our designers.

What is the difference between redesigning and creating a logo?
|
|
|
In today's rapidly developing market, logos often lose their communicative strength over time. At citrusync, we can redesign your logo with minimal fuss and give you a completely updated visual image for your company.
Alternatively, if you select one of our full design packages we will begin the process from scratch.

What is the difference between a "redraw" and a "revision"?
|
|
|
Revisions are changes made to your logo concepts that can be structural or in relation to colour, size or font. Redrawing, on the other hand, means that we start from scratch and design a new set of logo concepts based on your initial feedback.
Note that we pride ourselves on our unlimited revisions. We really want our customers to be happy, so will continue to make changes to your logo until you are completely satisfied!

Will my logo be unique?

Absolutely! Except for our redesign package, all of our logos are designed as a bespoke service. We do not use templates or clipart, all logos are designed exclusively for your organisation.

How can I be sure that I'll get a quality job?

How do I receive my logo or view the initial concepts?
|
|
|
Via our studio floor accessible using your user name and password (created when you placed an order). On the studio floor, you can view the initial designs, post feedback and suggest revisions, and see the evolution of your project over time. Once the project is finalised, you can download your logo files from this section of our website. Alternatively, you can complete the whole process via email if you prefer. We can also even post the files on a CD-ROM (for an additional cost).

What kind of files do you provide on completion of a project?
|
|
|
We provide vector final files (EPS and AI) which can be edited by any vector editing software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator). These are the files that most printers and sign-makers use, so can be used by printers directly. Vector files cannot be edited unless vector editing software is used. In addition, we also provide files in the following web formats (GIF, JPG, TIF, PSD, PDF & SVG). These files can be used on websites, word documents, invoices, faxes etc.

Which payment methods do you accept?
|

citrusync accept all major credit and debit cards (MasterCard, American Express, Visa, Maestro, Solo, Switch or Delta), including Visa Electron. Payment is required in full before we can process your order. We gladly accept payments in Pounds Sterling, US Dollars and Euros. All payments are processed via our secure payment gateway PayPal (Google CheckOut coming soon), so your credit/debit card details are safe and all transactions are fully secure. PayPal even accepts payments from non-registered PayPal customers, so payment could not be easier!
Alternatively, you can pay by direct bank transfer (details sent when we invoice you).

Who will own the copyright?
|
|
|
Copyright will be passed over to you once the project is complete. You are then free to have your solution protected by an intellectual property organisation. All we ask is that a copy of your logo can be placed in our portfolio section.

Although citrusync specialise in logo design, we are able to undertake any type of graphic design including, website design, stationery, leaflets, posters, flash animation and banner advertisements.
