Once you have selected the logo package that best suits your budget and company requirements, you will be required to complete the registration process before submitting your order. After completing an online design brief, details of your order will be emailed to your registered address. Work will begin on your project once payment is complete. Your login details enable you to view the progress of your order and project via our studio floor section.
 
Your project manager will supervise the project from beginning to completion. They will be responsible for reviewing your questionnaire, assembling the creative team and beginning research on your company. The number of different graphic designers allocated to each project depends on the type of logo package selected.

In 5 business days, you will be able to view the progress of your project online via our studio floor (you will need your account login details to access this area of our website). You will then be able to post comments and recommend any particular changes to your project (we will also provide some font/colour variations of our own). Your project manager will then ensure that revisions are incorporated and are once more viewable online.
This process continues until you are completely satisfied and have chosen your final logo design, as all of our packages incorporate unlimited revisions. The example here shows a colour variation request by a previous client:

Once you have selected your final logo, your project manager will make available the necessary files for downloading. The final designs will be saved into useable formats allowing for both web and print use (.gif + .jpeg + .tif + .eps). For an additional cost (£10), your logo package can be posted directly to you on CD-ROM.
